O’Brien Auto Group is a family-owned business that is local to the pacific northwest. It has 13 stores across Washington & Oregon state, working alongside manufacturers such as Toyota, Audi, JLR, Subaru, & Lexus to name a few. I began working at the company by running social media, websites & managing design requests for a few of the stores, with a focus on the flagship store: Lexus of Bellevue.

Social Media Management

I managed multiple brand social media accounts. TikTok was an emerging platform during this time, and I pushed for implementing the use of video for socials. I had to prove that investing in TikTok would provide measurable ROI. From concept to delivery, I created multiple high-quality videos generating thousands of views per post. This resulted in millions of new impressions and views across all socials.

Email Blasts

I designed & deployed weekly promotional email blasts to a customer base of over 320k people. Content ranging from informative (ex: Lexus Lessons) to sales & incentive messaging. This required proper knowledge of disclaimers which comply with laws from AG in both states. Tracking KPIs (ex: open, click-through, & unsubscribe rates) to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns was also a necessity.
